Mort and Shelly Bank Karol was very helpful in our search to find our dream home in the Keys. After we told her what we were looking for she did her homework and narrowed our search to a select few homes. She was very honest in her opinions of any of the homes we looked at. At no time did we ever feel “pressured” to buy. Whenever we had questions concerning taxes, insurance, comparables, etc., she returned our phone calls and emails in a very timely manner (even late at night or on weekends). Karol also volunteered to get us quotes on termite tenting, landscaping and other miscellaneous home repairs that needed to be done. This was extremely helpful to us since we live in North Dakota. Prior to closing I bought two kayaks and asked Karol if she knew somewhere we could store them until we closed on the house. Without hesitating she said, “You can store them at my house.” After the closing she delivered the kayaks to our house! She even stocked the refrigerator with breakfast items before we arrived at the house for the first time. Unlike most Realtors, she didn’t forget about us once the sale was completed. She has stopped by the house a couple of times to make sure everything was ok and volunteered to help in any way. We have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and have never been more impressed with the service we received. Karol was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her!
