My husband and I of 22 years along with our 2 daughters relocated to Brevard county in 2017 from Coeur d Alene, Idaho. Relocating has given me the knowledge to help ease my client's stress through the process of obtaining home ownership.

Amazing realtor partner! Karri had a strong well written complete offer, and WOW was her offer the right one to choose. Working with Karri was a complete joy. She communicated impressively - we always knew exactly how everything was going on the buyer's side; she picked an amazing lender and stayed in communication with her buyers to keep on top of documents and we had the CLEAR TO CLOSE over a week before our 30-day closing date! I am truly thankful to have had the privilege of working with another realtor that obviously cares about her clients and getting to the closing table without any stress for the buyer, the seller or myself!
