It can be intimidating trying to navigate a historic market alone, luckily we had Kartik to guide us through the process from start to finish. From setting an asking price to staging for showings to reviewing offers and explaining contract details, we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful agent. After speaking with a couple realtors that just really didn’t seem interested in helping us find a home, a friend suggested giving Kartik Patel a call. That was the best decision we could have made!

Kartik understood what we were looking for and knew it was going to take a little time with the market being so crazy. He was always very patient with us when we asked to see something and never made us feel pressured in any way. We received emails when a new home with our parameters came on the market and Kartik made sure to stay in contact with us personally to let us know he hadn’t forgotten about us. When our new home was presented to him to list, he knew we would be interested.

Kartik walked us through the entire process and was always more than willing to answer any questions we had. Emails and texts were always answered quickly and were just like chatting with a friend. We felt like he was genuinely excited for us!

Before starting the home buying process I was super nervous, because I had never looked at buying a house or getting a loan. Kartik was very hard working and patient with all my questions. He walked me through the process from front to back and gave me solid recommendations the whole way. We had a pretty difficult situation - a last minute job promotion that required us to buy a new home and sell our old home within a short time frame but Kartik was instrumental in helping us find balance and the perfect home for us in Paducah. He was thorough, efficient and honest at every step of the way. He found homes that specifically met what we needed so that we didn’t waste time, gas or energy due to the distance between our old home and new city. Knowing Kartik for about 20 years I knew to expect a professional experience and top notch service because I've always known him to be a tireless worker and just plain good at what he does. What I didn't expect was to have all of these previous notions and still be blown away. I didn't really realize what all went into the buying and selling process. Kartik helped us out in an exceedingly difficult time. A recent death in the family forced us to relocate my mom from her three-decade home In Western Kentucky to a new home in Tennessee. We contacted him months ahead of when we would be selling because we had estate matters that needed to be settled and of course we needed to find my mother’s new home. Despite this time lag, Kartik kept in touch the whole time to make sure he was up to date and to see if there was anything we needed done. This was particularly important because I was not always able to be up there with my mom. When the time came to sell, we were more than prepared. He was highly transparent about everything he was doing and why. I honestly cannot think of any part of the selling process that did not go as planned and we were incredibly pleased with what we got for the property and that is taking into account that we are in a seller’s market. You know that job interview question about your biggest weakness? Everyone says, I ‘work too hard’ or ‘care too much.’ Everyone there knows it’s probably not true, but it’s better than saying you hate Mondays. Well, Kartik is actually that guy.

We recently bought a home, while selling our home, and Kartik was with us all the way. I tried my best to make the process difficult for everyone involved, but with every question and meltdown I presented, he was ready. He’s one of the best communicators I’ve worked with, which is very important to me. He not only communicated well with me, but also my lender, making the process feel like a team effort. He was able to show us homes very quickly, almost same day if they would have let him! We found our dream home and had the offer in the same day with contract ready to sign within the hour! Kartik has been working with us for almost a full year looking for the perfect house!
After looking at probably 10+ options, he finally found the perfect home for us! It had exactly how much land we wanted, it was in the exact location we wanted, it was everything! After almost a year (10 months)!!!!

Choosing Kartik to sell our home, was one of the best things we could have done. While my husband and I are pretty familiar with the selling/buying processes, Kartik made everything a breeze to work through. He is great at marketing homes and getting them out there for people to see. We were NOT expecting our house to sell so quickly. Kartik was extremely helpful from beginning to end. And honestly, even after things were finished, and I had closed on the house and was having trouble after the fact(who does that? Most realtors would probably say “you’re on your own!”). He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional when it comes to the home buying process. He goes above and beyond- he does his own research, knows what’s acceptable and what’s not, and doesn’t want his clients to settle or ever feel like they’re on their own or confused.
