Karyn Barker

Karyn was born and raised in the Lawrenceville area and have lived in many areas around Metro Atlanta since then - from the suburbs of Gwinnett and Athens to Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Decatur, Sandy Springs and everything in between. She grew up surrounded by the housing and real estate industry. Her father built her childhood home and worked as the general contractor for a construction company, and her mother has been a REALTOR® for as long as she can remember. She spent summers during high school and college assisting her, which led to her desire to pursue a career in the real estate industry just out of college.

She has been in the real estate industry since 2013, both on the REALTOR® side and the administrative side. Her experience has afforded her the great opportunity to become knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate industry. Her focus is to take as much of the stress out of the process as possible, allowing an easy and fun opportunity for all her clients. She currently resides in Dunwoody with her husband, Adam, son, Noah, and their sweet Boxer mix puppy, Lincoln.
