Karyn Cusanelli

A lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, Karyn graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She has earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and e-PRO® certifications through the National Association of Realtors®, as well as the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.

In 2024 and 2023 Karyn earned the prestigious NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence® Award at the Gold level, in 2022 and 2021 at the Platinum level, and in 2020 and 2019 achieved the Silver level. She was recognized in 2024, 2023, and 2022 by RealTrends as being among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals throughout the United States, based on the prior year’s sales data. In 2025, 2024, and 2023 she was awarded the Five Star Professional award, which recognizes outstanding client satisfaction and customer service.

Karyn was the Top Producer, Top Selling Agent, and Top Listing Agent for the Brick office in 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021. Company-wide, she was the Top Selling Agent in 2024, 2023, and 2022. She was very excited to win the honor of Best Real Estate Agent in Ocean County in the 2024 and 2023 Asbury Park Press Community Choice Awards, and among the Top 3 in Monmouth County.
Karyn strongly believes in community service and volunteerism and is active in many organizations. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University, served eight years as President of the Board of Directors of the Monmouth University Alumni Association, is a member of the Point Pleasant Beach Rotary, and is a former member of Brick UNICO. She also served for four years as an elected member of the Brick Township Board of Education. In 2022 she received the Outstanding Alumni Service Award from Monmouth University and was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Point Pleasant Beach Rotary.

In addition to her community service, Karyn is a member of the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors, serving on several committees each year. She also serves on the Communications Committee of New Jersey REALTORS®.
