Just bought a house with Karyn and closed on 5/16/22. Karyn was great in understanding what we were looking for and making house suggestions that were in areas we didn’t even think of. She also helped us through the negotiation keeping our concerns in mind. We also went with her recommend lawyers, who were quick and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend working with Karyn. And even now she still helps us with recommendations for local contractors. We just had our house painted through her local recommendation and soon we are replacing carpets!

I have used Karyn on other properties through her career and is experienced , motivated always takes my calls or texts even on weekends and when she is "off" because she works all day everyday for her clients. She sold my home is 12 hours!!! Even in this market that was amazing. She sold my sons home quickly 2 years ago when the market wasn't thriving and is planning on my other son this coming year! She is a rock star and I would use her again and again. Joan was also helpful and professional and helped me navigate the quick sale on the paperwork which was a blessing. Karyn Porter is amazing. She is like no other realtor out there! I relocated from IL to NC and Karyn first helped find us our city, neighborhood and then the perfect home for us! Karyn was referred to us by a friend and ensured that she had detailed knowledge of our needs from the first phone call. Trying to find a house with 3 young kids in tow at all times is not an easy task, but Karyn was extraordinarily patient and always made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Her in depth knowledge of North Mecklenburg / Lake Norman / Iredell Co made exploring new areas easy - allowing us to be comfortable searching in a new town.

Once we found a home we loved, Karyn was a great advocate for us through the closing process and worked to take stress off of our plate. Karyn was always available when we needed her for anything and stayed with us through the entire process, even waiting in the parking lot at our closing just in case we needed anything.
