Karyn Watkins

Karyn Feinberg is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to real estate, she started her own internet company but found working with people to be more fitting. In 1996, she took a leap of faith and became a REALTOR®.

In her first year, Karyn was named ‘Rookie of the Year,’ and have since been a member of the President’s Diamond Society, the President’s Circle and a member of the top 50 Hall of Fame. In 2016, she received the Crystal Phoenix Award for 20 years as a Top Producer with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

The key to her success is always putting her clients’ best interest first. Karyn is probably one of the most honest and ethical agents you will meet.

While working with buyers, her job is to advise not only on the positive features of the home, but also some of the drawbacks - those items you may not instantly see. She not only looks at whether a home fits your needs, but she also analyzes the property to ensure a profitable resale.

For her sellers, she believe in listing your home fairly and protecting your equity while maintaining honesty in assessing the range in which your home will sell.
