Best Experience!!
I met Kasama and Bart at an open house, they help my best friend purchase their first home. They were already highly recommended. My family and I were First Time Homebuyers, I did not have a clue of how everything worked in real estate. If you're looking to win, you need Kasama Lee and team! For the past 5 years, Kasama and team have delivered over and over in either a buy or sell for our family. Our last experience in July 2023 was no exception! Our home was in escrow 2 weeks after listing it and we believe it's due to the Lee team's marketing, promotions, tenacity, and specifically Bart's market knowledge.

There was clear and ample communication. Kasama made sure to keep us in the loop with any/all updates. I would recommend the Lee team to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent.

There are over achievers and then there's Kasama and her team. In a tough market, we had 3 offers, over asking price, in a week. Kasama will guide you through the process and is exceptionally responsive. I felt like a friend was handling the transaction, with Kasama constantly looking out for my best interest. Kasama was nothing short of phenomenal. She has a fantastic feel for the area (towns and neighborhoods), and her attentiveness helped narrow the search to houses that were truly in play. I’ve had over a dozen realtors as I’ve moved around the country, and Kasama has been by far the most helpful. We first met Kasama with the purchase of our lovely starter home in 2019 and she guided us “first time buyers” with such care, friendliness and grace. Truly, a friendship transpired and she’s been a text away when we’ve needed a plumber or electrician etc. She knows all the good ones! When it was time to upgrade in February we had no doubt who we would call! We dropped the unsuspecting bomb on her on a Sunday that we had fallen in love with this house and needed to sell ours and with this market we all knew it needed to be fast. She did not skip a beat! We laughed like the good friends we are at how sudden it all was and then she took over and gave us the check list on everything we needed to do, to prep our home and an offer for the new one. My wife and I were referred to Kasama by family, when we called her to see if she was interested in working with us to buy a house in Solano County she was super informative and motivated right out the gate. We were at a huge disadvantage in such a competitive market since we were prequalified with an FHA loan but she kept us from getting discouraged and was always sending listings. With her help we were able to get into a great home with our loan structure. It seemed like an uphill battle, but Kasama was a warrior we were happy to have by our side. After my parents lost their mountain home during the 2020 CA wildfires they realized they would have to relocate and chose the Fairfield region. I wanted to help them find the best realtor in the area, and so I put out a request on Nextdoor and several folks came back with this name: Kasama Lee. She definitely lived up to her recommendation. Kasama is highly professional, knowledgeable about the region, compassionate (let’s face it folks, house-hunting is daunting these days) and determined to find you the home you need and want. Kasama was consistently available to talk, returned calls promptly and was willing to do whatever needed to accommodate a long-distance house hunt, like offering video tours of prospective properties. Kasama’s services go above and beyond real estate and her real estate service itself is on a whole other level from others I’ve experienced. She adds a much needed human-factor to every aspect of her business that is much appreciated. Kasama doesn’t relate to the customer in a one-size fits all manner but instead caters to the customer’s individual needs. In our personal experience with buying our home, we liked it right away but then had second thoughts once our offer was accepted. (It all happened so fast!) When we spoke to Kasama about our hesitation, she immediately asked us specific questions to learn whAt was holding us back. She had a solution for every single thing. A lot of our concerns had to do with wanting the newness we had with our current home and she had answers for whAt we could do. She also has a library of contacts for contractors, electricians, floor experts, etc. We hired so many of them and have nothing but great things to say about all of them. We were so fortunate to find Kasama when we started house-hunting this year. Buying a home via Zoom? That's a crazy idea and requires a lot of trust, reliability, and communication between the real estate agent and the buyer. Kasama was referred to us by a family member, and she proved to be the most professional, communicative, honest, and real agent we could possibly hope for. She led us to the best, winning strategy to successfully place an offer on a dream home, and actually get it. She went above and beyond when answering a million questions and requests we had. Additionally, she took videos for us explaining all things real estate when needed and even showed us the road to the remote area where the house is, so we could have clear expectations and a realistic picture. Bonus points: she is an excellent leader, a positive thinker, and has a great sense of humor, so we could connect very well on all levels. In the wake of a pandemic, Kasama has done it again. During a very uncertain time, Kasama White gloved the facilitation of a sell/buy scenario for my family. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was a journey, especially as first time home buyers. Despite these circumstances, Kasama made it less overwhelming and guided us through every decision. She cared for us and helped navigate us through each step in the process carefully. After contemplating for several years, both my husband and I finally decided we were ready to sell and purchase a new home. We consulted with a few friends if they could recommend a Real Estate Agent. The name along with business card of Mrs. Kasama Lee was presented with good reviews.
Upon our first interaction with her, we were sold! Mrs. Lee met with us, toured our current home, and set down to chat. Immediately, we felt Kasama’s authenticity, ability to adapt, and most importantly her integrity. Might I add, she is knowledgeable of the Real Estate business, and was patient with us when we lacked understanding.
I was impressed with her fellow colleagues, who assisted her (lender, photographer, etc.) during business. Our home was on the market for under two weeks, and everything finalized during escrow smoothy.
That said, we are deeply grateful for Mrs. Lee’s work and character. We now consider her a member of the family.

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING.

Despite this being one of the busiest times for real estate agents, Kasama demonstrated world-class professionalism and every positive trait my wife and I could ask for. It was clear she was busy with other clients and yet she did everything to meet our needs as a top priority.
Trying to find a house in this climate (at the height of the pandemic, urban exodus, unprecedented demand and shortage of supply) we were determined but not optimistic. Despite these harsh conditions, Kasama placed us into a fantastic home. She is now a dear family friend.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review about Kasama Lee, our real estate agent extraordinaire. Throughout the entire process, from listing the house to the completion of the sale, she was easily accessible and responded quickly with any help we needed. To begin, she advertised the house with an incredible photo video presentation.

After Kasama helped with staging the house to be shown, we decided to head south to my house for a short time. (I was helping my 90-year-old mother sell her house.) The next day after we left, sheltering in place took effect. Since we were unable to return, Kasama kindly watched over our home.

We quickly had an offer and she kept in constant communication letting us know what was happening with the buyer, lender, etc. At times, there were hurdles to overcome, especially with COVID-19, but Kasama handled things like the true professional she is. After accepting an offer, she worked closely with us and gave sound advice with negotiating the price. She made the process easy by communicating regularly through texting, and phone calls, plus we were able to sign all documents through email. Kasama guided us smoothly through the whole process up until the house sold and was funded.

If you are looking for a top notch, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind real estate agent, I highly recommend Kasama Lee for the job!!
