Kasanda is as good as it gets when it comes to reality knowledge and customer service. I can't imagine someone being more responsive, understanding our needs, and thoughtful curation of homes. We were one a 9 months journey with Kasandra to find the right home and she never waiver in her determination to find us the perfect home.

We worked with Kasandra to purchase our first home, and she was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, patient, understanding, answered all of our questions (no matter how basic), and worked with us over several months to find the home that was best for us. Once we found the house we wanted to buy, she advocated for us in negotiating with the seller and made sure everything went smoothly from going under contract to closing. She made this experience as easy as possible.

I purchased a condo on in an old Brownstone on S Broad St/Reed St. This was my third deal with Kasandra representing me, and again I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her or represent me again. She knows the area, knows the houses, and knows the deals. She will hold your inspector to account and provide a great sounding board and advisor. Highly recommend having this expert help you out whether it's buying or selling!

An understanding of the Philadelphia real estate market is how I would describe Kassandra. She was able to handle the purchase of our new home under the contingency of selling our old home with ease. Kasandra was amazing. She was with us through a very difficult time as buyers in the market. She spent almost every weekend with us seeing tons of houses and making what seemed to be an offer every weekend for half a year. She always stayed positive when things looked grim and she was always honest if she thought a house wasn’t for us or if they were asking to much. Kasandra was genuinely there to support us and make sure we got into the house we wanted and we felt that. We would recommend her to anyone!
