Buying our first house was an intimidating thought, but Kasandra made the process easy and fun! She has an incredible personality and is very knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the way. Before we even started looking at houses, she walked us through the process so we would know what to expect and how the process works. When we found the house we wanted, she got everything in order and kept in contact with us constantly to let us know the next step and to make sure that we did everything we needed to. She even got inspections lined up so that we knew we would be getting a good house! She made the process of buying our first house the best experience we could possibly ask for and we will no doubt be going through her for any future home purchases!

Kasandra was everything I could have hoped for in an agent and more. She was knowledgeable, prompt, organized, and had the answers for every question I had. She made sure I was comfortable in every step of the home buying process. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed- Kasandra was able to explain the process, numbers, and details. She kept track of my must-haves and preferences. In fact, she was the one who found my dream house before it even came on the market! And it is 100% because of her that I was able to purchase that house! She is a skilled negotiator and went to bat for me against multiple other offers. I highly recommend Kasandra - she will take care of you!
