Kasey Ingram

In 2011, Kasey obtained her Broker’s license through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and has since been the designated Broker for Equity Solutions Realty.

Prior to obtaining her Broker’s license Kasey worked for two years at Bank of America in the Short Sale Department as both a Short Sale Negotiator and Short Sale Closing Officer. In her two years within the Bank of America Short Sale Department Kasey was one of the highest producing Negotiator/Closers with an extremely high close rate. Using the knowledge gained in her years at Bank of America, Kasey has now focused on the opposite side of the industry and focuses her energy on helping distressed homeowners successfully short sale their properties.

In 2011 alone, Kasey successfully listed, negotiated and closed over 30 short sale properties and transactions. Kasey has strong relationships with dozens of short sale lenders and is very knowledgeable of the inner workings of the short sale process.

On a personal note, Kasey is married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 young children who she adores. She currently resides in Gilbert Arizona and is a very active in her church and community.
