Kat was very proactive and helpful on our behalf so that we could successfully find a home in Chestertown, MD. She regularly sent us emails with homes that had come on the market. She knew exactly what we were looking for but wanted to ensure that we were aware of our options. The sale process was a bit complicated but Kat navigated the challenges effectively so that we were able to close quickly. In addition to the actual sale process, Kat has subsequently provided names of individuals who have helped with miscellaneous home repairs which we appreciate. Thanks so much for your support Kat! We’re thrilled with the house!
