We started working w/Kat last year when we began looking into homeownership. Even when we decided to wait another year before starting that journey, Kat helped us in finding a home to rent. When we were ready to begin the home buying process, we reached out to her, and she saw us through every step of the way. She was more than patient and prompt in addressing our questions, concerns, and needs during this process! Kat was also very intuitive, reaching out to me when she sensed that I needed encouragement as we approached the end of our timeline. I honestly don’t think we would have found anyone else with such patience and care in going through this process. Buying our home was mentally and emotionally exhausting; however, through it all, Kat truly had our backs!

It was wonderful working with Kat to buy my first home. She walked me through each step and answered all of my questions. When I had concerns about my lender, she would step in to ensure those concerns were resolved. She was patient, honest and kind. I will be recommending her to everyone.

The realtor you work with is IMPORTANT!!! Kat truly is the BEST! She's patient, observant, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly... she delivers! She listens to what you're looking for and what you want and need, and she uses her connections, experience, and dedication to get you exactly the right property. Kat is very transparent, open, and honest. Communication with Kat is easy and she makes you feel like you're the only client who has her attention. She doesn't just work with you, she educates you along the way. No matter how novice or expert you are with the home buying process, Kat can adjust and tailor your experience and ultimately the home you buy, to you! She's not a punk and doesn't let seller agents strong arm her or intimidate her. She gives her all and works to get you the best deal. Her recommendations for lenders, insurance, inspections, title companies, etc are all A1/top tier. She's a full service realtor... if that's even a thing! We couldn't be happier with Kat and our home! We're already looking forward to working with her again on our next purchase! We will always, and have already recommended her to anyone who needs a realtor.
