Kate is a highly intelligent, responsible and very patient realtor. Her broad knowledge and network will help you any problems you may face including lawyers and accountants. If you ask her something, you'll be surprised how quickly she will respond to you with tons of information. I did property exchange last year, but I couldn't do it that well without her. She had a great taste to increase the value of my house without spending too much money, and her research and negotiation skills made it possible to find two great houses in a timely manner. I closed all three escrows within a week which was miracle. There were many issues during the escrows, but each time she was positive and solved the problems smoothly. Her priority is saving your asset. With Kate, you'll be able to save and make more. Not only she is a super realtor, she is a very sincere and caring person. We have become friends and she is now helping me to remodel the kitchen.
