After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business management, along with years of successfully owning fashion retail stores, in 1995 Kata elected to channel her experiences into launching her Real Estate Career.

She incorporated her business expertise and passion to provide superior customer care to help her clients with their most important decision, purchase of their future home. Now, with more than twenty-five years of successful real estate transactions, she is an expert in the industry and ranked among the top five percent of Realtors in Michigan.

During the 2008 market collapse, she recognized the need to make the presentation of her listed properties superior to all others. Armed with her flair for interior design, Kata has begun offering Property Staging to clients, effectively selling their homes at higher prices in shorter time. This has proven to be a valuable approach that she continues to provide today.
