Kate Asay

Kate Asay (pronounced a-see) is a licensed REALTOR® and Broker. She and her husband Nathan founded Asay Group Real Estate in 2021 with the goal of helping families in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas find their dream home.

Kate’s degree in communications from Stephen F Austin State University (go Lumberjacks!) provides a firm foundation for helping clients achieve their goals and moving them efficiently through the sale process. Kate's real estate career began in 2007, and has gained her experience under some of the best known local and global brokerages. These experiences formulated her point of view providing her with sharp focus on what is essential for Asay Group Real Estate, their clients, and agents. She is passionate about building relationships and believes strongly in the proficiency of contract knowledge for her and her agents. Whether she is showing properties, mentoring new Realtors, or working to keep Asay Group Real Estate on the cutting edge, she strives for excellence in every area. Kate and her husband Nathan love helping their two kids pursue their passions. She is a lover of the arts, travel, and design. She’s also pretty enamored with her dog, Louis.
