Kate Blalack purchased her first home in Boulder County in 2004 and hasn’t stopped looking at properties since.

Kate holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.S. from Southwest Acupuncture College. Before settling in Boulder in 2000, she worked as a wilderness EMT and Himalayan trekking and cultural guide. She loves the health-conscious and family-friendly community, as well as the amazing outdoor opportunities that Colorado offers. Fun facts: Kate is also a nationally certified and licensed practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, and, along with her partner and then 11-year-old son, a 2021 Colorado Trail thru-hike Completer. She is committed to giving back to her community by donating a portion of each sale to organizations that promote education, equity, and access to health care.

She is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) has attained the prestigious GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, and is a member of the Boulder Area Realtors Association.
