After 15 years as a top producer in a corporate sales environment, Kate ventured out to begin her real estate career in 2015. Kate takes her GREEN® designation seriously and is committed to staying ahead of the curve with her knowledge of energy efficient and sustainable construction. She embraces every opportunity to learn about the best practices and the latest stretch codes for building net-zero ready homes. Kate can often be found elbow-to-elbow with contractors and architects at Rhode Island Builders Association classes. As a solar homeowner herself, she can articulate the benefits of efficient and solar powered homes to prospective buyers, achieving the greatest return on your green initiatives & investments.

After partnering with a few of her elder friends on their real estate needs, it became apparent to Kate that seniors have extra, important factors to consider when making a move. Downsizing can be an overwhelming task and it’s certainly not easy if your home is the one where you have spent most of your life and made SO many memories. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and a mom who still lives in the home where she raised her children, Kate understands these challenges and has developed a network of resources to aide in your transition.

Prior to starting her real estate career, Kate held a sales role for a large commercial cleaning company. During her many years working in facilities maintenance, she established strong relationships with property managers, building owners and the real estate managers of large corporations. Kate is one of Williams & Stuart Real Estate’s agents who enjoys working in the commercial real estate space and has been an active member of the Rhode Island Building Owners Association (RIBO) for over 10 years.

A Rhode Island resident since 2003, Kate lives in Warwick with her husband & partner-in-all-things, Bob and daughters, Claire & June. When she isn’t tending to her real estate business, she supports organizations in her community, such as the Warwick Boys & Girls Club, Norwood Neighborhood Association and Scandinavian Communities.
