Call great agents and say, "The sky is falling! Help me?!" They will respond with a plan to save the day. Call Kate and say, "The sky is falling! Help..." you won't even finish the sentence and she's right there with her steel umbrella over you, she's called help on the way, and she's making you laugh out loud (or sitting quietly with you, whatever calms your personal storm) while, probably, doing your dishes.
"Engaging" a realtor is the perfect term. A heavy relationship loaded with immediate commitment and trust required to survive in this drastic market. And while it may be a quick union, the quality of the person you trust this relationship to will make or break your: offer; or sale; and if you are like me - your sanity.
She meets you where you need her to be and equally importantly she, genuinely, meets every other realtor, service provider, and neighbor there as well. Her network is well deserved and vast. I literally had settlement occur while I was 4 hrs in to a 12 hr ER visit with my dad who I'd bittersweetly moved out of this house and she made sure to call me and ensure that I shared in the celebration of new beginnings. Forever grateful.

Kate helped us get our house ready to the real estate market . I saw the professionalism she had and how she went up and beyond to sell our neighbors house . The neighbors house was on the market several times and she was able to get the deal done ! With our home we had a flawless sale and closing. Kate made the transaction go so smooth .
