Using her blend of calm, educational & encouraging personality, she taps her knowledge from her own relocations, and her expert critical thinking skills honed during her time as a Building Systems Mechanical Engineer to best reach her client’s real estate goals.
Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counseling them along the way to keep the process as smooth as possible. She has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, commercial clients & investors. Having been a landlord herself, Kate is able to help clients think strategically about how to leverage real estate as a long-term income goal.

Kate has volunteered for the Sustainable Food Center, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels and the Austin Animal Center. Kate donates to many causes! In her spare time, Kate spends time with her family, enjoys cooking (and eating), travel, music & fitness.
