She is a resource for her clients well behind the life of their home purchase or sale, providing market statistics and trends, home valuations, home improvement recommendations, and vendor referrals.

Kate is a Portland native and a Lincoln High School graduate. Kate has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to real estate she earned her professional engineer license and worked in the built industry as both a consultant and in design-build.

Outside of work Kate is a mom of two active boys. She is in her soccer mom era and enjoys running, baking, and puzzling.
