The spaces and places where we live are more than just pretty boxes and neighborhoods—they’re our own little worlds where we seek comfort, cultivate joy, indulge in our passions, celebrate ourselves and our loved ones, and bring to life everything that makes us feel at home.

Katie grew up around real estate. Her dad is a painting contractor, so she has plenty of childhood memories of seeing just how impactful home improvement can be. But even though real estate runs in the family, she first took a different path. She started out as a Spanish Interpreter for both Temple University and Einstein Medical Center. Helping people during moments of real vulnerability showed her both the power of listening and the power of empathy, and these are some of the qualities that set her apart as a Realtor today.

As much as she’s passionate about real estate, she’s also passionate about Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. She grew up in Media, Delaware County, and has lived in Philadelphia for 18 years. Ten of those years have been in Queen Village, one of Philly’s most charming neighborhoods (if she does say so herself). In a typical week, you can find her taking her dog Vita Marie to Mario Lanza Park, planting (or fussing with) her window boxes, or planning an international trip with her partner in crime (aka her husband).

She wants to help other people also love where they live. Home buying is often the most significant purchase anyone makes. She walks into every interaction with clients understanding the seriousness of her work and the importance of making them feel comfortable, well informed and empowered in the process.
