As a resident of Lancaster County her entire life, Kate has an extensive knowledge of the area market, which allows her to aid buyers and sellers through a smooth transaction process. She genuinely enjoys helping people buy and sell real estate in Lancaster County! She loves the beauty of this special area of Lancaster that we call “home.”

From the time she was 10 years old, her family owned a residential/commercial cleaning company named “Kate’s Cleaning.” Being raised in an entrepreneurial environment taught her the drive and dedication it takes to succeed in business, as well as in life. After high school, she attended Millersville University earning a BA in marketing. She then went on to create and manage several other successful businesses that centered around customer service, however, real estate was always her true passion. For the past 6 years, she has utilized the skills learned through her customer service background to benefit her passion for real estate. She values building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers through being a dedicated, loyal, and friendly real estate agent.

She also specializes in working with investors who buy and renovate homes for re-sale, as well as clients looking to building a rental portfolio. As an experienced investor herself, she understands the intricacies of the process of earning a return on real estate investments.
