About Kate

As a native Atlantan, Kate McKenzie blends her knowledge of the city and her passion for real estate to help her clients find a home and create community. As a result, Kate has consistently been a top producing agent since beginning her real estate career in 2013 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” after her first year. She attributes her success to her strong work ethic, communication skills, and her ability to foster relationships and understand her clients’ needs. She has had the opportunity to successfully serve home buyers and sellers all over the city and believes that communication and attention to detail are two key factors in helping her clients achieve their goals. Kate enjoys educating her clients so they can make the best decisions possible, all while making the experience comfortable and fun.

Kate attended Holy Innocent’s Episcopal School from Pre-k to 12th grade and graduated with honors from The University of Alabama, where she studied marketing and advertising. Kate grew up in Sandy Springs and now lives in Buckhead with her husband, Jim, and their chocolate lab Gunner. Together, Kate and Jim enjoy being active members of their community, where they are members of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Cherokee Town and Country Club. Kate enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her friends and family, and exploring Atlanta’s many neighborhoods and new restaurants.
