Born in OKC and brought to Wichita at 3 weeks old, Kate considers herself a native Wichitan and a proud Kansan. Kate graduated with a BFA from Wichita State University and went on to gain twenty years of retail and customer service experience in locally owned businesses. Always fascinated with interiors and structures, Kate became a full time Realtor in 2001 has enjoyed working equally with Buyers & Sellers in every aspect of Real Estate. Whether it be a 100 year old bungalow or a brand new multi-family unit, Kate enjoys showing & selling homes, buildings, condos and everything in between. Growing up and living in Crown Heights, College Hill and Uptown, Kate appreciates the diversity Wichita has to offer and has loved watching the City expand and grow. In her off hours, Kate enjoys being with family and friends, exploring the countryside and traveling afar!
