K8 IS GREAT! I am moving to Chicago from the South, and she made the process of finding a home in Chicago painless and fun. Prior to meeting her in person, we did a phone call together where she reviewed the process and necessary paperwork to begin everything. The homesnap site we used to find and discuss places was very easy to use, and helped us narrow down our search. Kate is very direct and transparent (you can tell she knows what she is doing), works very hard to make sure you find a place that's right for you, and knows exactly what to look for in places as far as cons or things that wouldn't work out for you. I definitely will be recommending her to anyone else I know of that moves to the area, and would work with her again!!!!

Kate Newey is a staging genius. I was in a situation where I needed to sell my house quickly after not living there long and had no idea what I was doing. Kate went room by room and staged the house flawlessly. She was able to use my existing furniture and decor in ways that I never would have thought of. The photos turned out beautifully and I accepted an above asking offer 3 days after it went on the market. Kate has an incredible eye and knows what she’s doing! Contact her! You will not regret it.
