Working with Kate was fantastic. If you want to sell your home fast while working with a true professional who understands the market and has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend her. Before Kate, I worked with another realtor and it took him six months to get me absolutely no results. Kate took over, booked several showings, and within three weeks my home had been sold. Kate has been extremely helpful in both helping me find a home as well as selling my home. She was knowledgeable about the market and locations that I was interested in and provided some great insight throughout the search process. Kate took the time to learn the features that were most important to me and worked hard to make sure that my criteria were met. She was flexible with her time and never made me feel rushed. When it was time to sell my home we had some great dialog regarding sales strategies and ultimately the optimum selling price - which in the end worked out nicely. What can I say about Kate Seemann? If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell a house, look no further! My husband and I were looking to buy a house in Buffalo Grove this year and being new to the area we needed someone who could guide us.
