Kate Wigginton

I have been working in the West Houston real estate market since 2001. I am a broker associate who has experience with a wide variety of real estate situations and client needs, including relocation buyers and sellers. I understand the different needs of relocation clients and local-move clients, and I strive to exceed each client’s expectations. My areas of expertise include new construction and resale homes in the Katy, Richmond, Sugar Land, Fulshear, and West Houston areas.

I earned my master’s degree in athletic training before embarking on my real estate career in 2001. I have continued to expand my education with designations and advanced courses, and I earned my broker’s license in 2011. I currently hold the Accredited Buyer Representation, New Home Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Expert designations. I like to stay active in my community by fostering dogs and volunteering for various animal rescues and animal rescue awareness groups around Houston.
