We have worked with Kate both as buyers and as sellers. We bought our home in Springfield in 2018 with Kate as our agent and she did a great job in helping us get to know the area and evaluate our options. She also did a great job in explaining the whole process as we were first-time buyers, and she has a wide network of people to draw upon for all the inspections, financing, repairs, etc that need to be done.

In 2020 we had to make a move to another state, and worked with Kate again to sell the house. She made the whole process very easy to follow and did a great job handling arrangements from staging to photos to repair work while we had already moved out of state. The market this summer had been very turbulent and uncertain with COVID and the general economy but with her guidance we were able to market and sell at a very good price in a quick amount of time.

Kate is a professional through and through, is very pleasant to work with, and will go to bat for you when any hiccups arise. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Springfield area.

My wife and I have been doing business with Kate Wilson (the founder of Gallery Homes Real Estate) for almost 7 years. She has been helping us with renting a house. A year ago, we decided to buy our first house. We asked her for a consultation and she helped us understand the market, our options, and the potential pros and cons of these options. Based on this initial consultation, we developed a 1-year plan to get to where we want to be and finally become homeowners. This year we successfully closed the contract and now we are happy homeowners. We love our house. Kate was everything (and everyone) we could have hoped for to market our property. She provided multiple options and scenarios for us to consider. She was optimistic without being unrealistic and she and her team (Allison North) provided us with all the information and documentation we needed to proceed without any surprises.
