This has been my first home purchase in America and Kate Zhurko, gave me confidence from start to finish buying my condominium in Fort Lauderdale. My daughter had already worked with Kate....she was so easy to work alongside, readily answered all my queries with infinite patience and sorted the home inspection for me. She further helped me with all negotiations with no pressure whatsoever and guided me in my dealings with the Homeowners Association. She was by my side at Closing and ironed out the few teething problems at the last minute! As the client,I felt she was in my corner every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Kate as a reliable, friendly professional. Thank you Kate.

Kate is a great relator! Just purchased an apartment in Miami with her expertise and advice. She was a great help in showing me around the area and fantastic to work with! She is highly responsive to questions or requests and always got back to me quickly.

From our initial contact with Kate, she was truly amazing and unique in the way she deals with everything. She personalized the experience for us, gave us lots of confidence in our property and the process - especially during Covid.

She was ultra responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable and always available to help. We truly felt like she had our back every step of the process, which normally we have found to be very stressful and we have been burnt many times before using different realtor's.

Within a few days of the listing going live, she had multiple offers on our property and was also able to arrange special circumstances with the buyers to enable a smoother move out for us. The photography and images she used are a superior standard to everything else we have seen, and she creates outstanding marketing material.

Kate did an magnificent job in both selling and finding me a new place to purchase. A triple closing is a pretty hard task and she did it! Having a 1939 house is never an easy one and as always there were challenges with any type of sale or purchase. Kate was able to jump on each one, address them and help come up with solutions. I would highly recommend her and suggest a meeting so you can see for yourself. She is not only a fantastic at her job but also an amazing person.

Kate recently helped me buy a beautiful house and rent my old house, both in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. Her knowledge of both the rental and sales market in Broward County is tops.
