Hi, I’m Katelyn Wilcox!

I’m an Arkansas native who grew up coming to the 30A area my entire childhood. I am blessed to have now lived in this stunning state for the last seven years with my admirable husband and our husky. When I'm not with my family, you can find me on the nearest beach, taking the boat to Crab Island, or popping by Studio Thirty-A for a hot yoga class. I love being outside to appreciate and explore my local environment. I've been doing independent marketing and sales for the past six years, and have operated my own small business producing hand-poured candles for three years now. I'm eager for the opportunity to put my skills to work for my community and help YOU and anyone you know with real estate purchases or sales in the 30A and surrounding areas.
