This review is long over due, I apologize for that! Back in June, Katelynn helped us buy our first house. While the market was absolutely crazy, she was on it. We have kids, we had a few specific things we wanted AND did not want & she did not disappoint in this process at all. Katelynn was almost always available, on a Saturday she would answer her phone in a heart beat, or at 7pm when I saw a new listing after work she would jump on and sometimes immediately set up appointments to go tour the house, most of the time for the next day (literally always working around my crazy schedule). Katelynn would insure to do her research on every single house we were interested in and kept us from wasting our time, quiet a bit!! She grew to know what we did and did not like pretty quick into the process, that was an absolute bonus!! She has such a great habit of knowing what was coming to the market, before it ever was posted! We got our home when we did, because she was super quick & aggressive with timing of submitting our offer (we submitted more than 1 offer - she was always so fast with getting that handled for us). Not only was she great while looking for our home, she was awesome at closing & every single time we have had a question or concern since then. A few years ago, I wanted to find out what I needed to do, to be able to purchase a house. Katelynn immediately put me in contact with someone who could help. This person not only was completely honest about what was holding me back and what was amazing, she made it a point to check on me every couple months. We would talk about progress & adjust the financial plan we created each time we talked. I 10000% recommend Katelynn Yost for any of your home buying or selling needs! I’m absolutely sure she won’t disappoint!!

Katelynn is an absolute rock star. Not only did she find my wife and I a house to rent, but when it came time to buy, she went above and beyond to find us *the* home to own. She patiently worked with us when we say House X or Y wasn't the one, telling us she was determined to find us the "right" house. She was always reachable and when we had many questions, she always had an answer—or said she would get one quickly.

We've seldom met someone who is such a pleasure to work with who also has such a full plate with other clients, a family and other responsibilities. No matter what was going on in her life, she always was there for us, even when we told her it could wait until "convenient." If she was ever tired of our lengthy process, she never ever let on.

I can't say enough about Katelynn as a professional and a friendly presence. We moved to Fredericksburg without knowing the area, and she helped us to find our way in a new town. When we decided to stay here as homebuyers, she was the first—and only—person we called. She's a dream to work with and we're happy to have worked with her.

If I could I would give more stars. Katelynn is the best in the business. My situation was a mess, but she dug through everything and helped me and my family through every step of it to the closings. She worked night and day and even on vacation to make sure we got it done. Katelynn is a go getter for her clients. She also has a great team she works closely with to get the job done. We are so happy that we came across Katelynn! She is a great agent who represents her clients very well. She was able to answer any question we threw at her. I sold real-estate many years ago in a very different market than the one we have today. She was able to give us a realistic view of what the market trends were and help us make decisions that lead to success! The sale of our home went EXACTLY the way she predicted for the sale price and timing. Its like she could tell the future! She was instrumental in finding the right home to buy and putting a successful offer together. I will finish by saying two things: 1) if your looking for an agent or will be in the future CALL HER NOW! 2) if your a broker hire 20 Katelynn’s, relax and start looking at what kind of Boat you want for retirement!

After a year of working with realtor's who either didnt put forth interest or effort or was trying to push you into something you just truly didn't love or felt like you could afford. We were lucky enough to meet Katelynn and tiny assistant! She asked the right questions in what we were looking for, and she did find exactly that! Both my husband and I knew what we wanted and would not settle for less. She also had deal with my pickiness and my husband's random lets just move an hour and a half away request. She is very thorough!! Katelynn would inform me that although I liked the look of the home , there were aspects that I had already stated that I didn't want associated with that home. TIME SAVER!! WHY waste your time and someone else's! Not only was she a pleasure to work with but a genuine person and kept it 💯 👌! She worked around our schedule and last minute requests. Walked us through EVERYTHING and made sure we understood what everything ment with any forms we needed to sign. She provided great guidance in what would make a sold offer and jump right on getting that offer put together and submitted! Even provided us with last minute back up options if our original financing fell through. She handled ALOT of things we were just not able to do. I am a stressful person and she made this whole process so much easier!! Both my husband and I are truly thankful for everything!!
