Katerina Kazakos Tate

Born in New York City and raised, from the age of ten, in Greece, I returned to the United States to attend college for “two” years and over twenty-five years later, I am still here! Upon completing my Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing, I went to Mexico City for a few months to learn Spanish and immerse myself in the culture and the language. After a couple beginner jobs (Walt Disney, Budget), I became the Director of Marketing for seven hotels in Israel. This was the start of an outstanding career, where I spent years traveling and working within the fields of marketing, sales and real estate.

I fell in love with Nashville’s Southern charm and hospitality and it became a permanent home to me and my two daughters. During my years here, I completed my Master’s degree in Education at Lipscomb University. I have been working in residential real estate for the last sixteen years. In addition, I am a corporate trainer and consultant on diversity, communication and challenging issues within the workplace.

My passion for my work and interacting with people from all facets of life is deeply rooted within me. I continuously strive to adapt and keep current with the ongoing changes in the real estate industry. My background and expertise allow me to connect with my clients, understand and communicate their needs while providing effortless transactions with exceptional customer service.
