Kateryna was nothing short of amazing! As a first-time seller, she made the experience quite seamless to me, in spite of the 2020 quarantine environment. She had immediately impressed me with her research and local knowledge to provide me with a recommended “sweet spot” listing price. At the time we were ready to list in March 2020, everyone’s world changed. Kateryna was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns – which seemed to be daily! She presented the information back to me in a meaningful way, and fostered a bond of trust. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the process, particularly during quarantine. On a Wednesday, a 3D photographer was able to come to my home, two days later the home was listed, and the following Thursday we had an accepted offer. All of her hard work paid off – exactly 2 months from listing to closing! When you work with Kateryna, she is so much more than just a realtor. She was there when I needed her, and made it a very stress free experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I highly recommend Kateryna. She is incredibly easy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable of all the facets needed to buy a home. As she lives in Westchester she knows so much about each town--I would consider her an expert on the area! What I really liked about her was ability to go over the pros and cons of a house, and she really gave us great honest advice while we were looking which helped us narrow down our options and really focus on what we wanted. When we finally found a home (crazy market!), she was available to help us put together an offer immediately. She worked tirelessly throughout the whole process until we closed. She also has great connections with lawyers, inspectors, contractors, etc in the area, which helped us first time buyers! Thank you Kateryna!

Kateryna is a true real estate professional. She knows the markets and deal process, and works with all of the involved parties, including the lawyers, bankers, seller and agent, as well as coordinated the myriad of silly little things that slow down closings. My husband and I just bought our first house with Kateryna in December. We were longtime renters and Brooklynites and definitely needed a lot of help navigating through all the steps of buying a home. Kateryna was amazing! She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the process and neighborhoods we were looking in. She also had a lot of patience with all of our questions and helped moved the process along as quickly as possible.
