Kathem is the best realtor I have ever used!!!! His first words to me were I am here to advocate for you alone, I am your agent!!! His actions totally lived to that statement. Any concerns, I let Kathem handle them. When it took forever, for my landscape contractor to get me a quote, he stepped in and I had my quote that same day!!!! The ultimate professional, very knowledgeable and a true people person. An incredible realtor!!!!
