About Katherine

Katherine has a long history of working in the healthcare industry. Following her work as the Director of Communications for the American Heart Association, she spent 10 years as a Pharmaceutical Senior Sales Consultant. She was responsible for servicing physicians in Birmingham, Cullman, Jasper, Decatur, and Auburn including UAB, St. Vincent’s/St. Vincent’s East, Baptist Montclair, Brookwood, and Princeton Hospitals. During her tenure, Katherine won several awards including the Pinnacle Award, the most prestigious sales award in the company, for three consecutive years.

Katherine has been a Realtor since 2004. She has been recognized in the Birmingham Association of Realtors' Club of Excellence and was in RealtySouth's Millennium Club for Top Producers in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 asn 2023. She holds the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Katherine is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and also has her certification as an E-Pro.
Katherine Allison is also a certified DRS Agent. She is part of the exclusive network of real estate professionals around the country committed to assisting physicians with their residential real estate and relocation needs. With the DRS Agent designation, Katherine has clearly differentiated herself from their peers in helping medical professionals. DRS Agents are endorsed by AMA, AMSA and SOMA. She is involved in numerous civic organizations including the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Junior League of Birmingham, Junior Womens Committee, Symphony 30, Linly Heflin Unit and the Ballet Guild of Birmingham. She is married to Charles Allison and has one son, Jack.
