Since starting her real estate career in 2005 with Kelly Associates and up until now with Houlihan Lawrence, Kate Balanoff has remained one of the top producers year after year. This year she is excited to announce her new partnership with fellow top producer and good friend, Hannah Burge. Having lived in Darien since 2003, she is very familiar with all the ins and outs of Darien along with the neighboring towns. When she is not selling real estate, you can find Kate running through town, walking her dogs, playing golf, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
