Katherine-Clare Orren

Growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, with a realtor and an entrepreneur as parents, a career in real estate for Katherine-Clare was almost inevitable. After moving to Atlanta from Miami with her husband, Matt, in 2013, she began working for a top producing realtor. This granted her invaluable knowledge of the Atlanta market and the opportunity to sharpen her negotiating skills. Katherine-Clare joined Ansley in 2018 because of their impressive online presence, outstanding marketing, and collaborative relationship amongst the other agents in the office. The Stephens Orren Shepherd Team was formed in 2020 with fellow top producing realtors, Anna Stephens and Ashley Shepherd. This decision was motivated by their increasingly growing careers and the desire to provide all of their clients with top-notch customer service and the ability to have someone available at all times.

With clients ranging from first time home buyers to seller’s downsizing after thirty years in their home, Katherine-Clare believes her clients being well educated and informed throughout the entire process is one of the most important aspects of the transaction. She puts her strong communication skills to use in order to ensure all of her clients’ questions are answered. By combining this with her passion for real estate and her impressive negotiation skills, Katherine-Clare is able to achieve desired results for her clients. She prides herself on customer satisfaction and makes herself available to her clients throughout the entire transaction.

When not working for her clients, she enjoys exploring all of the unique neighborhoods in Atlanta, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Matt, and three year old daughter, Amelia.
