Kat was highly recommended by our previous realtor who retired, and it did not take long to understand why. We value expertise and help where help is needed and did not want someone who would just search listings and help sort our options.

Kat let us handle a lot of the hunting (at our request) and immediately understood the right level of engagement with us - she was always responsive and available to field our questions and had so many insights into comparative strengths, seller insights, and even helped us know when we were trying to talk ourselves into an option that wasn’t right for us. Though our first work with her was a few years ago now, she remain connected with us and is ready with additional advice on how we improve the home she helped us find. we’re about to start working with her on another project and can’t recommend her enough.
