About Katherine

Katherine Eshleman is a licensed REALTOR® in Louisiana and specializes in residential real estate sales. Katherine began her career in real estate in 2014 when she joined The McEnery Company's commercial appraisal division as a research analyst and later a licensed commercial appraiser. Shortly thereafter, she obtained her sales license and quickly found her niche in the residential market. Katherine has unique and extensive success in scaled condominium development deals and a proven record working with both buyers and sellers. In August 2018, Katherine collaborated with Parke McEnery and Ansley Marshall to form a new brokerage firm, McEnery Residential, where she is currently a partner and co-owner. The team of agents at McEnery Residential represents a collective level of expertise that is truly un-matched in the New Orleans market. Along with her team at McEnery, Katherine regularly assists clients with real estate brokerage needs across the entire geography of our marketplace and within all price points and property classes.
Katherine was born and raised in New Orleans. In 2013, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a focus in Marketing. Upon graduating, Katherine moved to Austin, Texas to pursue a career in sales and marketing. Although she fell in love with the city of Austin, it was the historic architecture and rich culture of New Orleans eventually attracted her to return home and pursue a career in real estate.
Katherine is a member of the Preservation Resource Center and is actively involved with the New Orleans chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She resides in the heart of uptown New Orleans with her husband Richard and often walks the neighborhood with her husband and beloved golden retriever, Camp.
