Katherine Hernandez

A native of New York City, Katherine shares with clients her love of city living and passion for Metro Atlanta’s growing real estate market. She graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College earning a BBA in Accounting. Katherine began her career on Wall Street working in Finance and Accounting for a multinational investment banking firm. She worked part time as a licensed Realtor making the most of her bilingual skills by servicing the Latino community, among others. Katherine understands the complexities of financing and contracts in today’s real estate market. She shares her knowledge and expertise in all aspects of real estate sales and provides consistent, reliable information to buyers and sellers to ensure they make fully balanced and well-informed decisions.

After relocating to Atlanta in 2010, Katherine decided to make real estate her full-time career and is now a well-established professional Realtor in the Atlanta market. She has a strong reputation for placing her client’s needs and goals at the forefront of every transaction. She brings extensive knowledge of the Atlanta market and neighborhoods to a diverse range of clients from first time homebuyers, corporate executives, nationwide transferees, investors, new construction buyers, to empty nesters downsizing. Katherine is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and rapidly earned her membership in the Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. She is also a member of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA). Katherine strongly believes in giving back to the community and is an active volunteer at a number of community charities and non-profit organizations. Among them are The Cathedral of Christ the King, Junior League of Atlanta, Hospice Atlanta Center, and the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta. Katherine currently resides in North Buckhead.
