With over 25 years in the real estate business, Kathi clearly understands the importance of purchasing or selling one’s home. Listening to clients and using her market knowledge to fit their needs as well as solving problems with creativity and a sense of humor are all skills Kathi brings to the situation. Her background in consumer advertising and retail sales has helped her understand the kind of consumer service that buyers and sellers of real estate both require and deserve. Her goal is to make the real estate process as successful and pleasant as possible.

Kathi has lived in Lake Forest/Chicago most of her life. Having three generations of family currently living in the area has helped her understand what an important investment a home represents regardless of one’s age or price point. Besides spending time with her husband, two grown daughters, and extended family, she enjoys entertaining, traveling and playing pickleball! She also believes that giving back to the community and philanthropic organizations is vitally important and is currently involved with The Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart, The Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund and Elawa Farms.
