Katie was a joy to work with on the purchase of our home. She came highly recommended by a mutual friend. She was never pushy or insistent we jump on a home just to make a sale. Instead she walked us through houses and listened to what we were looking for in a home. We ended up finding a home on our second week of looking (right after it hit the market). We were able to secure this home because of Katie's friendly demeanor. The seller's realtor enjoyed working with her a lot and spoke very highly of her. She was great with advice through the process and had a wonderful team of people to work with us on closing quickly. The whole process was smooth and required very little stress, which isn't common in today's market. Would definitely recommend working with her!

Katie is truly topnotch. She goes above and beyond, and is tireless in her work. She is never off the clock. Katie found us a home in one of the most sought after neighborhoods where homes were impossible to come by. She got us first in the door and closed the deal! We recently had to sell as we were moving out of state, and her hustling as a sellers agent was remarkable. She sold our home for 40k over asking, and had all contingencies waived. If you need a dedicated realtor who will fight tooth and nail for you, look no further. Katie Hunter is your girl!

Katie is the absolute best realtor around. She is extremely professional, knows the market, and went above and beyond all of our expectations. She replied to any call or text almost instantly and treated us as if we were her only client. In the height of the market she got us into 2 houses that were not listed and helped negotiate a price that was extremely favorable. We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with her and will recommend her to anyone. 5 stars are not enough for her!
