Smart, Professional, and fun! Kathy made the home buying process easy and has a large network of highly competent individuals. She has an extensive background in real estate and did a wonderful job explaining the area and setting up multiple showings quickly. Moving from Massachusetts, she made me feel comfortable and informed. Through her connections, she set up a home inspection quickly and the inspector was amazing. He was thorough and gave me confidence that I understood all the issues in the home before making the purchase. Kathy is kind and very intelligent. We had a hiccup in the title with my mortgage lender, and she even smoothed it out quickly. She is the type of person you want on your side. I highly recommend her without hesitation.

Review edit: Just sold my home with Kathy and she was equally great to work with. Made sure that everything went according to plan and that our interests were protected. Offered good counsel when needed and navigated us through some turbulence with a finicky buyer. Definitely recommend.

Kathy was awesome. We had a very short time frame to turn around a closing (less than 30 days). Kathy was absolutely meticulous about the details, super clear in her communication, and follow-up up on everything to make sure we'd close on time. Not only did we do that, but we closed several days early. I have purchased several homes and this was the most pleasant and easy experience ever. Call her for your JAX real estate needs. You'll be glad you did.

She walked me through every step, explained the process, held my hand since it had been a long time since I has sold a house. She was well above what I expected, always available to answer my questions. She was precise in her answers and never spoke over my head. She made the process seem so easy, or at least if was for me, because of her knowledge and obvious expertise. She knows the the real estate stuff! I would use her in a heartbeat, again.

Kathy provides full service and is always available via phone, text, email, and FaceTime! Was with me every step of the way and did a fantastic job being my eyes and ears especially since I was selling my home in Jacksonville while living out of town. Kathy is knowledgeable of the real estate market, resourceful, and uses multiple sources to market to buyers.
