I provide my clients amazing service, and results. I go above and beyond that of most other realtors, by providing my seller more, than listing their property on MLS and hoping that it sells. As a Client, you would communicate directly with me, not an assistant or less qualified agent. I take all of the buyer calls, and prefer to meet buyers on site to highlight the amenities of the property, and answer questions. To best serve my sellers, and potentials buyers I do not carry 20, 30 or more listing at a time so I give each of my sellers my best efforts at all times.
I do all Open House, and Showing Events, and market to neighbors, agents, and builders, boat clubs, golf clubs, etc. In addition, I use Luxury Home Signage, lakeside/roadside, throughout the neighborhood, on-site marketing materials, surveys, and signboard sketches.

Real Estate Experience
Chair Person for the Luxury Homes Division (LHD) - 2007 - 2014 Chair Person for this region of 15 Keller Williams Market Centers. This is a branch of the Keller Williams National Luxury Homes Division.

My Responsibilities as the Chair Person:
Selecting KW Agents to host monthly LHD meetings with homes above $750,000

Select Sponsors to present their service or product to our agents at the monthly meeting

Send out e-mail marketing to KW Agents leading up to the meeting

Contact Market Center Managers to promote the home on the tour

Non-MLS Listings
My referral business and professional business networking associates have referred me a number of sellers that are interested in selling their homes, and do not want the inconvenience of showings and open houses.

I market these listings through my involvement in business networking groups, my affiliation with builders, contractors, architects, and relocation buyers of mine, and other agents that I regularly correspond.
I look for buyers and agents with buyers for these properties. I make no less than 100 calls or e-mails per week to actively find buyers for my listings. I strategically plan a specific, detailed marketing plan for each property, and look for buyers accordingly.

Worked with Investors to find suitable Lake Minnetonka “Tear Downs”, after the purchase of the properties, I worked on the Investors behalf to obtain City Permits for deconstruction, abatement removal, obtained bids for deconstruction services, and grading.

New Construction Spec Home Selection Services:
Worked directly with the Sharratt Design Architectural Firm, and Waters Edge Properties in the home selections for a newly constructed Lake Minnetonka Property that sold for $2,800,000
