A professional Realtor in Nashville for more than 25 years, Katherine has represented more than 1,000 clients in the sale or purchase of their homes.

She serves as her clients' constant advocate, looking out for their best interests and guiding them in making sound real estate decisions. Her customized acquisition and marketing plans combined with her creativity, intuitive nature and candid approach achieve proven results.

Katherine started her real estate career in property management for several large upscale apartment complexes in San Antonio, comprising more than 1,000 residential units. When she moved back home to Nashville, she shifted to real estate sales, representing clients in buying or selling their personal residences. She also represented investors in acquiring residential properties for long-term rental.

In 2003, Katherine co-founded a full-service real estate firm and served as the Managing Broker. She recruited and trained agents, growing the firm in just 18 months to one of Nashville’s top 20 real estate companies (Nashville Business Journal). Four years later, she sold the company and was recruited by Home Buyers Marketing, a national real estate company, as principal broker in Tennessee with a focus on the Greater Nashville real estate market.

A native of Nashville, Katherine lives in Cherokee Park, off West End, in a 1920’s home that she completely renovated. When she isn’t representing clients, she loves to spend time in one of her creative endeavors. Her latest project was building an art studio where she “plays in paint.” She's genuinely thrilled to have sold several pieces of her work.

Katherine is delighted to share her life with many great friends and Eldry, her four-legged real estate assistant. “We’re house trained” is a motto that reflects both her professional life and her love for animals.
