I can’t imagine working on our land deal with anyone else. Our deal was one of a kind to say the least. Katherine is very responsive and seeks to find explanations to help the buyer understand even the weirdest of scenarios.

Katherine is the best agent my wife and I have ever worked with. Even though she was helping us sell a small, low-value, undeveloped piece of land, she treated us as is if we were selling a million-dollar home. She communicated often and directly, and when things became difficult, Katherine offered professional advice and even offered to confer with outside assistance. I'm confident that if we'd been represented by anyone else, our land will still be on the market. We will definitely contact her when it is time to sell our home!

Katherine is an amazing realtor. She helped us find our dream home our desired location. She was always available night or day to answer any questions we had. We moved here from out of state and We are so lucky that we found her. she helped us adjust to the area and even after buying our home she still checks in with us to make sure we are doing ok and still enjoying our new home. You will regret not using her as your realtor.

Katherine made everything about the selling process smooth. For first time sellers, we had lots of questions which she took great time in explaining and walking us through. From the first meeting she heard our goals and then set to work in helping them be achieved. I would absolutely work with her again!

Katherine is absolutely amazing! When it comes to responsive agents who will be available and give their all to getting you the house of your dreams she's the one. I've recommended her to everyone i know that is looking for a house and will be using her the next time i buy and sell. She's very familiar with the market and a wonderful resource of information and she takes the time to walk you through the process and give you the information you need ahead of time so you aren't caught off guard by things. Google only allows 5 stars, but she deserves more!

Katherine was amazing. We found out we were being kicked out of our rental because the home owner wanted to sell. We had 60 days to be out. I did not think buying was in the cards for us, so I was looking for rentals. My husband told me that we should at least see what we qualify for so we would know what we needed to change or clean up to be able to buy in the future. Turns out we were fine and could buy. Next thing I know Katherine was calling me. I knew I was going to have to work with a realtor, but as the type A control freak I am, I figured I was going to do a lot of research and find one myself. So when Katherine called me, I rolled my eyes and thought, just humor the convo for five minutes and you can research for one yourself. Well after five minutes I was done, did not need to find someone else. She had a great personality, handled my "karen-ness" (I can admit when I am a high maintenance b****), and got to know us. She kept an eye on my children so I could go check out the house. My kids loved her. The market was very hot and houses were off the market after a one day, before they even made it to Zillow. We still managed to find a house within two weeks that we are head over heels with, and she negotiated everything for us, guiding us for the best way to handle everything. She has an amazing team that trust her and are fast and prompt. She was not afraid to put her foot down with any closing issues we had. She emailed or talked to me late at night when we needed to, was genuinely interested in us and our concerns, and has kept in touch since. I diverted to her anytime someone asked me a question about the process of buying or anything with the house saying, "whatever she says, is what we will do". We put our full trust in her and were not disappointed. We have recommended her to two other couples that we know and she is working with them. She will eventually help my parents find a house when they get off their butts and move down here. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone. And all of this during a pandemic with a neurotic woman like myself. She would do anything to make us feel safe and comfortable. We had the closing for my house outside in the driveway of our new home on a folding table because I had to bring my very young children. Love Katherine.

We have been working with Katherine since 2019. She has sold 2 houses for us and helped us buy one. She is super responsive and makes you feel like you are her number one client. She has helped us make a lot of money. She is also fun to work with. I wish I could find another agent like her, but she will be hard to top. We moved to Arizona. I wish we could have taken her with us. We turned our entire out of state sale over to her and she did not disappoint. She is the best! We will miss her immensely!
