Katherine McManus

As a realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my client’s wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concern… or even when they just need a few words of encouragement or guidance!

Born and raised on Long Island, I have a vast knowledge of all the Island has to offer. After earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Long Island University, I worked in the field of graphic arts. I raised my two adult daughters here, giving much of my time back to the community, in the form of PTA President and Girl Scout Leader over those years. These days, when I’m not showing houses, my downtime includes bicycling all over the Island, traveling to and photographing new places, and researching my ancestry.

My experiences of having lived on Long Island all my life, partnered with over 20 years in the real estate business, give me the ideal foundation and steadfast drive to make each client’s experience smooth and memorable.
