Kathy was awesome to work with. She listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us multiple options in townhomes, condos and stand alone houses within our price range. Kathy’s knowledge of building materials, current building codes and overall expertise helped us eliminate options that would be too costly to renovate. She was always willing to meet and show us as many houses we wanted to look at and to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend working with Kathy!
