Ive been working with Kathie for about 5 years. I cannot recommend her enough. It doesn't matter what time I text her, she answers. She almost always has an answer for me, and when she doesn't, she finds the answer. She goes above and beyond. While I know that she's well-organized and easy to work with, Ive received compliments from selling agents (when I was the buyer) about how easy she was to work with as an agent. I recommend her to all my friends and family. There are many agents out there, but this is the one you want. Trust me.

Kathie was so helpful during my home buying experience. Over the course of almost 6 months, we actually only looked at 5 or 6 properties. I would send her an address of a property I found online, and she would give me more information about the home, and why it may or may not be a good home for me. The VA loan has some stricter requirements, and I relied on her to help me sift through the listings and find the best options for me. I found the perfect home, and she helped me every step of the way until we closed. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

My first time buying a home, Kathy was so supportive and extremely timely with her responses, day or night she answered. She was informative on the home buying process. She made me and my family feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. I have a disabled husband so we needed very specific accommodations in our home. She allowed me to make my own decisions yet also pointed me in the right direction when unknown information was before me. She was easy going yet assertive in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Honestly she made what may have been deemed as a stressful process less stressful by being timely and supportive and just simply caring about me and my family’s Needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor and home. Dreams do come true!

The experience was great. My agent...Kathlie Doehring went above and beyond her call of duty from beginning to end. She tailored our search to fit what we were looking for. We found a few houses that we liked.... We lost on a few bids but eventually found the house that fit our needs. She even postponed her vacation so that she could be at our closing.

Kathleen was referred to me and my husband by our lender because she has experience with the VA loan. My husband and I were first time home buyers, who were looking to buy in a competitive neighborhood. Homes went on the market and were under contract within days. Kathleen guided us through the process with patience. Her competence shined as she was responsive to both our questions and the questions from the less experienced realtor of the seller of the home we ultimately purchased. She advised us on how best to craft our best offer to land our first home. It did not go unnoticed that she made several trips to the complete other end of town to show us all of the homes , and she was able to get us in the view them as soon as they went on the market. Going into the home buying process, I did not know what to expect from a realtor. Now having been through it, I cannot recommend Kathleen enough. She is on point with everything she says she is going to do, she is communicative, she is flexible, and she is knowledgeable. I am grateful for her help!
